Learning to Simplify

Simplifying your life can take many forms. It basically means to reduce the amount of distraction, to cut out the excess. This gives you more time and attention to focus on God and his purposes for your life. The easy answer to a distracting life is to cut out some of your activities. However, the distraction and excess isn’t always a scheduling problem. The truth is, scheduling problems are frequently the result of other problems.

If you are struggling with not knowing what your priorities should be, perhaps you are overwhelmed with being involved in too many good things, your first step to a simpler life could be to learn to live a life of purpose.
