Christian Childbirth Ministry Opportuntity
I am so humbled to see what God is able to accomplish through the work of Christian Childbirth Ministries. I am grateful for the part Birthing Naturally is able to play in helping families draw closer to God during pregnancy and childbirth. I am excited, and nervous, to be at a point where I simply cannot do it alone anymore.

Immediate Needs
Group Managers The need for more interaction with the families who use the Birthing Naturally website is large. In January 2008, Birthing Naturally will open a Google Web Group for families to ask questions, participate in discussions and support each other. In keeping with the style of Birthing Naturally, the web group will not be limited to Christians. Instead, it will bring in people from all walks of life and put them in a position to learn more about Christianity if they are ready. I am currently seeking volunteers to commit to managing the group for one year.
The duties of a manager would be:
Monitor discussions, removing inappropriate posts and managing memberships;
Contribute at least one childbirth related article per month;
Answer questions when appropriate;
Stimulate discussion by posting a "question of the week" for members to answer.
Ideally, I would have a group of three to five managers. It is a great position for someone just getting into childbirth as a ministry, waiting for an opportunity to become a doula, or just very interested in childbirth in general. If you believe God is calling you to be a group manager please let me know.
